Full-bodied, decisive and robust, with all the characteristics of the “Ripasso” technique, whereby wine is passed through the lees of Amarone and Recioto. Vinification in steel tanks and vitrified concrete. Maturation: 2 years in French oak barrels of 10 hectoliters. It has intense ruby red color with hints of red fruits and vanilla. Warm and smooth to the palate, well-balanced with a well-rounded tannin.

Produced from four Valpolicella grape varieties, cultivated high on hillside terraces. Only the best and most mature clusters are selected for this wine. The grapes are placed directly onto small open racks and brought to an open sided building where they are dried by the cool breezes of autumn and winter until the following February. Vinification in steel tanks and vitrified concrete. Maturation: 3 years in French and Slavonian oak barrels of 10 and 20 hectoliters. Displays the classic intense ruby red color and endlessly enduring, vigorous flavors of cherry notes and plum. A fine wine for fine dining especially with roasted meat and aged cheese.

Only produced in the best vintages in limited number, it is the result of a careful selection of the grapes, a long drying process and refinement in French and American oak barriques for about 48 months. Final long ageing in the bottle. It is an important wine for special occasions or as meditation wine.
Deep ruby red color with garnet shades. Warm, dry, ripe on the nose, intense and great refinement. Taste is complex, smooth, full bodied with lots of cherry notes and plum.
